Table Booking Deposit
Thank you for choosing to dine with us! To ensure you have the best possible experience, we offer an option to reserve a table at our restaurant with a deposit of 15 Euros. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and returns related to the table booking deposit.
Booking Deposit Terms
- Deposit Amount: A non-refundable deposit of 15 Euros is required to book a table at our restaurant.
- Refund Eligibility: The 15 Euros deposit will be fully refunded to you once you have arrived and been seated at the reserved table.
- No-Show Policy: If you do not arrive for your reservation or cancel without sufficient notice (24 hours in advance), the 15 Euros deposit will not be refunded.
- Cancellation Policy:
24-Hour Notice: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the reservation time will be eligible for a full refund of the 15 Euros deposit.
Less Than 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation time will not be eligible for a refund. - Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 30 minutes after your reserved time without prior notice, your table may be given to another guest, and the 15 Euros deposit will not be refunded.
- Refund Process: Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the deposit. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Changes to Reservation: If you need to change your reservation time, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Changes are subject to availability and the 15 Euros deposit will be applied to the new reservation time.
